The portable toilet we are going to do: we use fan to exhaust the bad smell. The door opened only when customer put coins, and the LED light on at the same time. The door is locked when there is no coin.

Environment
Political: The USA has a federal presidential constitutional republic.
Economical: The US economy is one of the world’s largest with a GDP of $15.5 trillion. The per capita income in the US is the seventh highest in the world.
Social and Cultural: The United States is a multicultural nation. American culture is considered the most individualistic in the world with everyone striving towards living the American Dream.
Technological: The USA is globally one of the most advanced technological countries.

Industry
Currently the Walt Disney Company has theme parks located in California, Florida, Tokyo, Paris and Hong Kong. The parks have been successful in achieving their goals of bringing entertainment to families worldwide. Disney would like to continue to grow and be able to bring the Disney experience to families worldwide. The newest addition to The Walt Disney parks and resorts is planned to be opened in Shanghai, China in 2013. This theme park will not only obtain Disney magic but will also plan to capture Chinese culture and involve Chinese customs into the park. Major competitors of the parks are Sea World, Knottsberry Farm, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens and Six Flags.

This partnering approach is designed to create a mutually beneficial relationship between our Suppliers and The Walt Disney Company” (corporatedisney.com). From a management position Disney prides itself on having one of the best in class business ethics. This begins at the hiring and training of its employees as well as maintaining high business ethics in relations with their suppliers.

Product
Disney is constantly expanding and creating new stories to add to the Disney collection. Not only are they expanding their theme parks but also the distribution of their products. Disney has built an empire that includes everything from theme parks to schools, and always stands by their mission to entertain the world. Disney has an opportunity to expand globally as well as diversify its target markets in its current countries to gain a larger demographic. Some of the threats to the Disney experience at home are other theme parks such as Six Flags, Universal Studios and Bush Gardens.
After looking at a company overview we believe it is important to continue to expand and spread the Disney brand globally.
